Our Maroochydore Holiday Apartments are fully self-contained
spacious 2 & 3 brm apartments. The 2 Bedroom apartments
consist of a Queen bed in the main with Ensuite and
2 single beds in the 2nd Bedroom with a seperate bathroom.
Our 3 Bedroom Apartments have the same plus a Double
bed in the 3rd bedroom, the seperate bathroom in the
3BR apartment also includes the Corner Spa. All the

What
facilities are nearby? The Maroochydore Tennis Club is across
the road next to Maroochy Library & the Cotton Tree
Bowls Club. The Cotton Tree Olympic Swimming Pool, Parks
& Gardens along the Maroochy River & the Cotton
tree shopping Village are right on your doorstep.
Does
every room have a view?
Levels 2 - 5 have ocean & river views.
How
close is the beach?
You are just a 2 minute walk to the Maroochydore
Surf Club. Safe & Patrolled by Queensland
Life Savers.
The Maroochy River is also a stones throw away. So there's
great fishing, surfing and swimming to be done!
How
close is the shopping?
One of Queensland's largest shopping centres,the Sunshine
Plaza is only 10-15 minute walk, there's
also the Big Top in Duporth Ave an easy 10 minute walk
Are
your apartments close to restaurants?
There are numerous restaurants, clubs, alfresco dining,
coffee shops within easy walking distance.
Are
there any good walks close by?
Yes. Cotton Tree is fully pathed. You can walk along
the waterfront both ways for several kilometres.
Is
there public transport?
Yes. The local SunBus
service stops conveniently at the Cotton Tree Village,
and services the entire Sunshine Coast, as well as services
to Brisbane.
Are
there any Golf Courses Near by?
Yes. Horton Park Golf Course is only 10 minutes and
Headland Park is a 10 minute drive. There is also Mount
Coolum, Nambour Golf Club, Novotel Twin Waters Golf
Course. There are more but these should get you started.
How
far is UnderWater World?
It's only a 10 minute drive to Parkyn Pde at Mooloolaba
where you'll find UnderWater World and the Wharf Marina.
How
far is Australia Zoo?
Australia Zoo is about 30 minutes drive south but even
better, Why not catch the Free Bus from the RSL Club
just down the road.
