We are Andrea and Brett, and we joined the ranks of Resident Managers of a holiday letting complex one year ago. It has been an exciting ride, and one we have loved! Owning Sunshine Towers management rights has been a fantastic experience, combined with the joy of living on the Sunshine Coast, in our opinion the best location the Sunny Coast has to offer.
Maroochydore Holiday Accommodation Near Cotton Tree and Mooloolaba
Sunshine Towers is just steps away from Cotton Tree Village, which has all the amenities, shops, restaurants and everything you could need for a very special holiday. The Maroochy beach is 220 steps from Sunshine Towers, with Surf Life Savers on patrol every day. It’s a quiet corner of the coast, with the option of great restaurants and nightlife just 10 minutes’ walk from Sunshine Towers. Heading south, a 30 minute walk along the beach will find you in Mooloolaba, with loads of activity and even more shopping!
Our apartments are unique with only 2 apartments on each level, with windows on both sides, so you can get the best of both sides now!
We love the lifestyle this location offers, not to mention the wonderful climate. Summertime is warm every day, and wintertime enjoys beautiful sunny days and cooler temperatures – the envy of all our guests from the southern climes.
Having originated in the deep south of New Zealand, we were keen to experience warmer temperatures and were drawn to Queensland for that reason. We had the privilege of being based in Brisbane for many years before the opportunity to have our own business arose. In 2016 we moved to Maroochydore and soon after purchased Management Rights including our apartment in Sunshine Towers.
Our philosophy of success is a 3 way duet! Cleanliness, Friendliness and Service is what we consider key to our success as Resident Managers. This, combined with the partnership between the apartment owners, the guests and us is what we believe will be a positive experience for all. We achieve this through good communication and good listening.
Sunshine Coast Rentals was purchased as external holiday letting apartments, also individually owned and managed by us. They are all very close to Sunshine Towers which makes it easy to manage, and compliments the Maroochydore accommodation available in Sunshine Towers.
